Orders placed through our platform are promptly sent to the restaurant's kitchen for preparation. The preparation time varies depending on the restaurant’s operational capacity and the complexity of your order.

Please double-check your order details (items, quantities, and delivery address) before confirming your purchase.

1.2 Delivery Process

All deliveries are managed by third-party delivery services. While we strive to ensure prompt delivery, external factors such as traffic, weather, or delivery partner availability may occasionally cause delays.

Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and not guaranteed.

1.3 Delivery Address and Access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery addresses. Failure to provide correct delivery details may result in order cancellation without refund.

1.4 Unattended Deliveries

If you are unavailable to receive the order at the specified time and location, the delivery partner may attempt to contact you. If unsuccessful, the order may be returned to the restaurant, and no refund will be provided.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 1 minute of placement. Beyond this window, cancellation may not be possible as the preparation process begins immediately.

To cancel an order, please use the cancellation option on the platform or contact our support team.

2.2 Merchant-Initiated Cancellations

The marchant can initiate the order cancellation in the following circumstances:

  • Unavailability of specific menu items.
  • Technical issues or operational constraints.
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer.
  • Natural disasters or force majeure events.

2.3 Platform-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of fraudulent activities, violations of our terms, or delivery locations outside our service area.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled successfully within 1 minute of placement, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

3.2 Refunds for Delivery Failures

If the delivery partner fails to deliver your order due to unforeseen circumstances, refunds or credits may be issued after an investigation.

3.3 Non-Refundable Cases

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
  • The customer was unavailable or unresponsive during delivery.
  • The customer changed their mind after the preparation phase.

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate delivery details and contact information are provided.
  • Be available to receive your order at the specified time and location.
  • Treat delivery personnel with respect and courtesy.
